Development plans for Epstein's personal Caribbean island included in the images.
Furthermore contained in this new document drop is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the bigger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had drawn up plans to develop the substantial island by constructing homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
You can see the drawing is a channel, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is annotated in notations in red and contains a key detailing different parts of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be several other construction diagrams and architectural plans, featuring layouts for marina coverings.
More images disclosed as part of the ongoing investigative process.
